提出了一种基于爱泼斯坦方圈族(包括标准25cm爱泼斯坦方圈、缩比的17.5cm和20cm爱泼斯坦方圈)和二级加权处理方法对爱泼斯坦测试数据,包括有效磁路长度、比损耗、励磁功率,进行处理的晶粒取向电工钢磁性能扩展模拟方法。详细地考察了励磁频率、试样剪切角度和环境温度对爱泼斯坦方圈测量结果的影响。研究结果表明,利用本文提出的爱泼斯坦方圈组合以及二级加权处理技术,可以有效地建立取向电工钢损耗模拟模型,从而更加准确地确定了取向电工钢的损耗,改善并提高了爱泼斯坦磁性能测试数据的应用价值。 The extended modeling of the magnetic properties of GO(grain oriented) electrical steel is presented in this paper which is based on a set of standard and scaled-down Epstein frames and a proposed two-level weighted processing of Epstein data, including the mean magnetic path length, specific magnetization loss and exciting power. 本发明一种解决取向硅钢热轧板晶粒粗大的方法，在取向硅钢的成分设计中减少固溶温度较高的MnS的含量，降低铸坯加热温度，同时计算实际取向硅钢成分中γ‑相含量与温度之间的关系，依据计算结果设计取向硅钢的热轧工艺，可以保证20％～30％的γ‑相数量，成功解决取向硅钢热轧板晶粒粗大的问题。

本发明公开了一种超薄取向硅钢用的半有机绝缘涂料。该半有机绝缘涂料，按质量百分比计，包括以下组分：10～25％磷酸盐，1～10％含有环氧基的硅烷耦合剂，0.2～2.0％有机硅烷，1～10％铬酐，1.5～6％二氧化硅粒子，0.3～5％碱，余量为水；其中二氧化硅粒子的粒径为100～300nm。该半有机绝缘涂料应用于超薄取向硅钢表面时，既提高了涂层与基体的附着性，又保证了涂层的绝缘性和耐热性，涂层附着性为A级，叠片系数大于0.96，可耐900℃高温，并且涂层较薄(小于1μm)时，钢板的绝缘电阻大于30Ω·cm2/片，绝缘性能优异，可满足超薄取向硅钢的应用需求。
