本发明提供了一种高强度硅钢热处理系统及热处理方法，包括固定架、放卷筒、收卷筒、热处理炉和清理装置，所述的固定架的下端与已有地面相连，固定架左右对称排布，且固定架前后对称，位于地面左端的前后正相对的固定架之间转动连接有放卷筒，位于地面右端的前后正相对的固定架之间转动连接有收卷筒，放卷筒与收卷筒之间设置有热处理炉，收卷筒与热处理炉之间设置有清理装置,本发明通过直线运动状态的凸型滑块与清洁刷可将硅钢胚体表面的灰尘等杂质清扫至硅钢的两侧，以实现对硅钢胚体的表面进行清洁的功能，以免硅钢表面的灰尘等杂质在加热的过程中形成粘结块粘附在硅钢的表面，进而增强热处理的效果。

一种无取向性电磁钢板用热轧钢板，具有以下特征：以质量％计含有：C：0.0010～0.0050％、Si：1.90％～3.50％、Al：0.10％～3.00％、Mn：0.05～2.00％、P：0.10％以下、S：0.005％以下、N：0.0040％以下、B：0.0060％以下；剩余部分由Fe和杂质构成；在无取向性电磁钢板用热轧钢板的板宽方向端部，结晶晶界的C浓度(原子％)是P浓度(原子％)的3.0倍以上；无取向性电磁钢板用热轧钢板的结晶晶界的C浓度(原子％)是晶粒内C浓度的3.5倍以上。

研究了罩式炉常化工艺对50W350硅钢热轧板组织、夹杂物和性能的影响。研究结果显示，罩式炉常化工艺在温度一定的情况下，随着保温时间延长，硅钢晶粒逐步再结晶并长大，同时析出物也在聚集长大。通过制定合理的罩式炉常化工艺，可以实现硅钢晶粒的再结晶和长大，从而达到连续退火炉常化工艺产品技术要求。 The influence of normalization process with a bell furnace on the structure,inclusions and properties of 50W350electrical steel hot-rolled sheet was studied.The research results showed that:when the steel was normalized at a certain temperature in the bell furnace,the silicon steel grains gradually recrystallized and grew up with the extension of the annealing holding time,and at the same time,the precipitates also gathered and grew up.The recrystallization and growth of the silicon steel grains...

针对薄板坯连铸连轧流程结合\"获得抑制剂法\"所制备的低温高磁感取向硅钢,通过热力学计算研究了AlN与MnS在连铸与均热过程中的析出规律与行为。计算结果表明,连铸过程中AlN在凝固后的高温α相中便可能析出,而MnS仅可能在凝固后的α+γ两相区内析出。钢中AlN与MnS在均热过程中均处于部分固溶与部分析出的状态。后续高温渗氮处理后初次晶粒的异常长大并不明显,表明渗氮处理前钢中固有抑制剂的数量相对充足。 The precipitation behavior of MnS and AlN in low-temperature high magnetic induction grain-oriented silicon steel produced by thin slab casting and rolling process with\"acquired inhibitor method\"during continuous casting and soaking was studied by thermodynamic calculation.The calculated results show that AlN is likely to precipitate in ferrite after solidification.However,MnS can precipitate only in the two phase region of ferrite and austenite.Meanwhile,MnS and AlN in the steel can not be comp... 

通过对湿H2气氛下,相同退火温度、不同退火时间的CGO硅钢初次再结晶样品进行金相组织观察,并进行了EBSD微观织构分析,研究了CGO硅钢初次再结晶过程中的组织及再结晶织构演变行为。结果表明,在湿H2气氛下,820℃保温,CGO硅钢初次再结晶过程约在120 s时完成。随着退火时间的延长,γ面上{111}<112>织构含量逐渐减少,{111}<110>织构先减少后增多,随着再结晶的完成,部分{111}<112>取向晶粒向高斯{110}<001>取向转化的同时,也向{111}<110>取向转化,高斯{110}<001>织构含量逐渐增多。高斯取向晶粒较多是由{111}<112>取向晶粒转化而来,同时也证明了CGO硅钢高斯取向晶粒的二次再结晶异常长大生长机制为择优形核。 Microstructure development and texture evolution of conventional grain oriented silicon steel,which were annealed at same annealing temperature and different annealing time under wet H2 atmosphere,were investigated through metallographic observation and electron backscattered diffraction analyzing.The results show that the primary recrystallization finishes in 120 s at 820 ℃ under wet H2 atmosphere.With the extending of annealing time,{111}<112> texture decreases,{111}<110> texture d... 

一种薄规格中高牌号无取向硅钢酸轧生产工艺，属于无取向硅钢冷轧成型技术领域，该生产工艺在焊接前对焊缝预加热和焊接后对焊缝两次后加热，采用五机架六辊冷连轧机组轧制，其压下率分别为35％‑45％、35％‑45％，30％‑36％，25％‑30％，1％‑10％，第一二冷轧机间、第二三冷轧机间、第三四冷轧机间、第四五冷轧机间的单位张力分别为120‑130KN/mm2、130‑140KN/mm2、150‑160KN/mm2和160‑180KN/mm2，本发明的有益效果是，本发明通过对冷连轧的工艺进行改进优化，提高了薄规格中高牌号无取向硅钢带的轧制效率，提高了同板差的合格率，降低了轧制的断带率和轧烂率。

为开发高效电机用冷轧无取向电工钢,借助实验室薄板坯连铸连轧模拟设备及扫描电镜、透射电镜等检验手段研究了成分、组织、织构和析出物等对无取向电工钢磁性能的影响规律;结果表明:常化处理使组织均匀化并增加有利于磁性提高的织构组分;采用CSP流程开发的高效电机用无取向电工钢铁损平均值3.4 0 W/kg,磁感≥1.68 T。 In order to develop electrical steel for high efficiency motor,effect of components,microstructure,texture and precipitation on magnetic property of electrical steel are analyzed.From the result,normalizing treatment makes microstructure uniform and increases component of favorable texture.Iron loss of electrical steel developed by CSP line is 3.40W/kg and magnetic induction is more than 1.68T. 

本实用新型涉及一种硅钢片叠压精准定位设备，包括压台、压板和仿形燕尾键，所述压台上开有与仿形燕尾键下端相对的限位槽，所述压板设置与压台上方，所述压板上开有与仿形燕尾键上端相对的限位孔。本技术方案当硅钢片叠放压合之后，仿形燕尾键可以去除，并能够在硅钢片组成的铁芯上形成燕尾槽，用于后期燕尾键的组装，且能够保证燕尾槽内的结构规则，便于后期燕尾键组装。

以质量分数为25%的丙烯酸乳液MC-102、15%Al(H2PO4)3溶液、0.01%H3BO3、0.01%Zn(Ac)2·2H2O和2%二乙二醇丁醚组分,在不同固化工艺下制备涂层。极化曲线和电导率测试发现300℃处理60 s得到的涂层具有良好的耐腐蚀性和绝缘性;水煮实验证明该涂层具有良好的耐水性;断口线扫描发现涂层具有良好的附着性。 A formula comprising MC-102 acrylic emulsion 25%,aluminium dihydrogen phosphate15%,boric acid 0. 01%,zinc acetate dihydrate 0. 01% and diethylene glycol monobutyl ether 2% was used to prepare coatings via different treatment process.
