浙江方正电机股份有限公司拟投资5亿元建设上海研发及制造总部

 

<p style=\"overflow-y: auto; max-width: 100%; line-height: 30px; margin-top: 0px !important; margin-bottom: 0px !important; padding: 0px !important;\">方正电机（002196）于1月26日发布晚间公告称，浙江方正电机股份有限公司（以下简称“方正电机”或“公司”）于 2024 年 1 月 26 日召开第八届董事会第十二次会议，审议并通过了《关于投资建设上海研发及制造总部的议案》。根据公司的经营战略及发展规划，公司拟在上海市安亭镇设立子公司方德智驱（上海）机电科技有限公司，投资建设“方正电机上海研发及制造总部”，项目预计投资 5 亿元，其中固定资产投资 4 亿元，流动资金 1 亿元。投资项目的主要情况如下：
