本发明涉及一种常化后免酸洗生产取向硅钢的方法,取向硅钢的生产工艺路线为:冶炼→连铸→热轧→常化退火→拉伸矫直→抛丸→冷轧→脱碳退火→渗氮→涂MgO→高温退火→热拉伸平整及涂绝缘膜;本发明在常化退火后通过物理方法去除带钢表面的氧化铁皮,且效率高、效果好、操作简单、易于控制;与常规工艺相比,省去了酸洗及后续废酸处理工作,排除了酸雾对环境的污染,消除了取向硅钢带因酸洗而产生的潜在缺陷,产品质量更加稳定可靠。

本发明涉及无取向硅钢技术领域,尤其涉及一种改善高牌号无取向硅钢冷轧断带的控制方法。按重量百分比计:[Si+Al]≥4.0%;Mn、S含量满足:S≤0.0015,[Mn]/[S]:200~400;1)热轧过程中使用保温罩,热轧轧制时投入边部加热,头尾100米内卷曲温度提高15~30℃;2)常化机组圆盘剪进行边部剪边前增加加热装置,剪切后增加毛刺打磨装置,采用煤气明火加热,保证钢板温度在韧脆转变温度以上;3)圆盘剪间隙满足关系式:ds=(0.15~0.45)d0ds:圆盘剪间隙,μm;d0:常化板板厚,mm;4)常化采用快速加热,控制钢带的预热段升温速度320~380℃/min,机组速度20~30m/min;5)常化工艺后,控制边部小于20μm的晶粒占比在5%以内。有效的减少了冷轧断带的发生,提高成材率1.30%以上,降低了生产成本。

本发明公开了一种宽频率低铁损变频电机用无取向电工钢及制造方法,属于无取向电工钢领域。针对现有无取向钢在较宽频率范围内电磁性较差的问题,本发明提供一种宽频率低铁损变频电机用无取向电工钢,包括如下重量百分比的各组分:Si:2.80%~3.50%;Als:0.20%~0.60%;Mn:0.20%~0.60%;P:0.01%~0.20%;C:≤0.005%;S:≤0.02%;N:≤0.02%;Ti:≤0.005%;其余为铁和不可避免的杂质;其中C、S、N和Ti的重量百分比满足下式:C%+S%+N%+Ti%≤0.009%。通过控制合金元素的含量达到电工钢电阻率增加、磁滞伸缩减小,涡流和磁滞损耗均降低的目的。通过本发明提供的制造方法在正火过程中选用低温工艺,改善随着合金元素量的增加金属强度增加、塑性降低、冷加工性能降低的问题,使其最终在较宽频率范围内电磁性能优异。
