三星电机加速玻璃基板开发，计划三季度完成中试线建设

<p style=\"overflow-y: auto; max-width: 100%; line-height: 30px; margin-top: 0px !important; margin-bottom: 0px !important; padding: 0px !important;\">相较于现有的有机基板，玻璃基板在电气性能、耐热性能等方面存在较大优势，可进一步降低厚度。玻璃基板也使玻璃通孔（Through Glass Via，简称 TGV）等新型电路连接成为可能，尤其适合 HPC、AI 领域的芯片。
