16日,省发改委核准24个海上风电项目,总投资规模达1222.85亿元、总装机规模670万千瓦。其中,南通启东、如东海域共13个项目,盐城大丰、射阳、滨海海域共11个项目。
根据国家《新能源产业振兴规划》,2020年,我国将在甘肃、新疆、河北、吉林、内蒙古、江苏等地打造7个千万千瓦级风电基地。其中,江苏是唯一一个以海上为主的风电基地,被称为“海上三峡”。截至2018年年底,全省共投运56座风力发电场、3821台风机,风电并网容量达到864.60万千瓦。南通是我省“海上三峡”的主阵地,目前风电并网发电量规模已达133.65万千瓦,2020年将达到513.65万千瓦。
