Si在纯Fe及低硅钢中扩散行为
采用磁控溅射方法,分别在纯Fe以及低硅钢基片上沉积富Si膜,并对其进行真空扩散热处理.通过能谱分析及X射线衍射研究了Si在纯Fe与低硅钢基体中的扩散特征,运用DICTRA软件建立了扩散模型.研究发现Si在纯Fe基体中扩散时发生γ-Fe(Si)→α-Fe(Si)相转变,扩散速率受控于相界面的迁移.当沿截面Si含量梯度不足以驱动相界面正向迁移时,延长扩散时间会发生相界面回迁现象,最终趋于单一相内均匀化扩散过程.Si在低硅钢基体中的扩散符合Fick扩散第二定律. 氧硫交互作用对硅钢中非金属夹杂物生成的影响
结合工业化生产的无取向硅钢,探讨了氧硫交互作用对钢中夹杂物生成的影响。借助非水溶液电解+扫描电镜法,研究了不同O、S含量下钢中夹杂物的变化规律。结果表明,本实验条件下,提高O含量、降低S含量,会劣化热轧组织再结晶效果。在劣化效果上,O的作用大于S;低Si、无Al硅钢中,应尽可能降低O含量、适当提高S含量,以粗化钢中微细夹杂物,减少尺寸小于1.0μm的夹杂物的数量;O、S含量与钢中夹杂物数量不具有关联性。生产过程中,不仅要严格控制O、S含量,还要严格控制生产工艺,以免生成较多的有害夹杂物。 Based on the industrial production of non-oriented silicon steel,the effects of interaction between oxygen and sulfur on the formation of inclusions were discussed.The change of non-metallic inclusions in steel sheets was investigated by means of electrolysis with non-aqueous solution under different oxygen and sulfur content.Results show that the recrystallization microstructure of hot rolled sheets will be deteriorated with the increase of oxygen content and the decrease of sulfur content.The ...
温度及扩散时间对CVD法制备高硅钢的影响
采用CVD法制备6.5%Si高硅钢,介绍了具体的制备工艺过程,研究了温度对渗硅速率和试样质量减轻的影响,同时分析了扩散时间对高硅钢中硅分布的影响。结果表明:在CVD反应过程中,反应温度高于1050℃将大大提高渗硅速率,但当温度大于1200℃后,渗硅速率趋于稳定;渗硅后,试样会减轻、减薄,随着温度升高,试样质量减轻的速率逐渐增大,在1200℃左右趋于稳定;扩散时间越长,硅分布越均匀,结合制备效率进行考虑,满足Δw表-中/b≤5的时间为适宜的扩散时间。 6.5%Si high silicon steel was manufactured by using CVD method and the process was introduced,the influence of temperature on the siliconizing rate and quality reducing rate,diffusion time on silicon distribution were investigated.Results as follows: the siliconizing rate will increase quickly when the temperature is higher than 1050 ℃,but the siliconizing rate will become steadily as the temperature up to 1200 ℃;The quality reducing rate will increase with the elevating of temperature and the r...
稀土铈含量对1.2%Si无取向电工钢组织、织构及磁性能的影响
在实验室模拟CSP流程制备了不同含量稀土铈(质量分数0~0.018%)的1.2%Si无取向电工钢,并对其进行1 000℃×5min的再结晶退火处理,研究了铈质量分数对无取向电工钢夹杂物、显微组织、再结晶织构和磁性能的影响。结果表明:随着铈质量分数的增加,微细夹杂物数量、再结晶晶粒尺寸、{100}和{110}织构组分、磁感应强度先增后减,{111}织构组分、铁损先减后增;铈的质量分数为0.005 1%时,钢中的夹杂物数量最少,再结晶晶粒尺寸最大,有利织构最多,磁性能最优,铁损P15/50为3.253W·kg-1,磁感应强度B50为1.751T。 Non-oriented electrical steels containing different contents rare earth Ce element(0-0.018wt%) were prepared in the laboratory by simulated CSP(compact strip production)process,and then recrystallization annealing at 1 000 ℃ for 5 min were performed,the effects of Ce content on inclusion,microstructure, recrystallization texture and magnetic properties of non-oriented electrical steels were studied.The results show that with the increase of Ce content,the amounts of fine inclusion,the size of re...
高强度无取向电工钢疲劳性能及断裂机制
测试了高强无取向电工钢的S-N曲线,并借助光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜分析了实验钢组织,疲劳断口形貌和位错结构。结果表明:室温条件下,频率为20Hz,应力比R为0.1,循环10~7周次时,实验钢的疲劳强度为360MPa,疲劳裂纹萌生于实验钢的次表面,裂纹萌生点附近有沿晶开裂现象,疲劳裂纹扩展区域有解理台阶与疲劳条纹,瞬间断裂区是韧性断裂,有大量韧窝。实验钢在循环应力作用下基体中产生了大量位错,并有驻留滑移带终止在晶界位置。 The S-N curve of a high strength non-oriented electrical steel was tested.The microstructure and fatigue fracture morphology and dislocation were analyzed by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscope.The results showed that:at room temperature and the frequency of 20 Hz and the stress ratio Rof 0.1,the fatigue strength of the experimental steel was 360 MPa when the cycle was 10~7 cycles.The fatigue crack initiation at the surface of the steel and the interg...
硅元素对Fe-(4.5~7.0)%Si高硅钢组织和性能的影响
通过Axio Imager金相显微镜考察4.5%~7.0%硅(质量分数)对高硅钢材料组织形貌的影响,并利用Fe-6.5%Si高硅钢薄板制备方法对其进行轧制,通过DDL50电子万能试验机对阶段产品进行力学性能测试。结果证明,硅含量为5.58%的高硅钢在实验硅含量区间内存在最大延伸率及最小铸态组织晶粒尺寸。 An investigation about the influence of 4.5%-7.0% Si on microstructure and mechanical properties of high-silicon steel was presented.SEM was adopted to take an observation towards microstructure during fabrication,and DDL50electronic universal testing machine was applied into the detection of tensile curves.The results show that silicon steel with 5.58% Si provides the maximum elongation and minimum grain size as cast.
卷取工艺对新型冷轧无取向电工钢热轧带组织的影响
利用OM、SEM、TEM等实验方法研究了卷取工艺对一种新型含铜无取向电工钢晶粒度和析出相的影响。结果表明,该电工钢热轧带卷取后的晶粒尺寸为18~24μm,在卷取过程中,热轧带中有一定数量的第二相析出,经EDS能谱及选区电子衍射分析,这些析出相主要为AlN。随着卷取工艺的变化,该电工钢的晶粒度大小变化不明显,析出相的类型、尺寸大小不发生改变,体积分数发生一定的改变。 The effects of coiling process on grain size and precipitates of a new copper-bearing non-oriented electrical steel were investigated by OM,TEM and other experimental method.The results show that the grain size of hot-rolled bands after coiling is 18~24 μm.The second phases precipitate during coiling process.They are mainly AlN by EDS spectra and selected area electron diffraction.With the change of coiling process,the grain size of the electrical steel does not change significantly;the type and...
薄带连铸取向硅钢的热轧孪生行为
薄带连铸流程下取向硅钢粗大λ晶粒(〈100〉//ND,normal direction)的“遗传”会导致磁性能恶化.为解决这一问题,针对取向硅钢的热轧孪生行为开展研究,结果表明:凝固组织粗大的取向硅钢在650℃热轧时可产生大量{112}〈111〉形变孪晶,这与具有高层错能的硅钢在较高温度下难以孪生变形的传统认知不同.热轧过程中复杂的应力状态降低了变形孪晶的取向依赖性,由于具有更高的储存能,孪晶界/孪晶界及孪晶界/晶界交叉点成为再结晶形核的优先位置,大大提高了常化过程中的再结晶率,受沿孪晶界应变分布及孪晶间距离的限制,沿孪晶界形核的再结晶晶粒通常呈“饼状”,最终形成以细小且取向漫散的再结晶晶粒为主的常化组织,消除了初始凝固组织中有害的粗大λ晶粒. 广泛应用于电子电力行业的取向硅钢材料的磁性能与其晶体取向密切关联,对取向硅钢晶体衍射花样的研究非常重要.采用理论计算的方式研究了取向硅钢的晶体衍射花样特征,并绘制了取向硅钢的高斯织构理论极图、理论单晶透射电子衍射斑点花样和理论电子背散射衍射(Electron backscatter diffraction, EBSD)菊池花样.取向硅钢理论单晶衍射花样不仅可以为以后标定样品实测晶体衍射花样提供一种简单快捷的方法,也可以为样品检测提供一种标准.这种研究方法不仅限于取向硅钢,也被期待应用于其他材料晶体衍射花样研究.
