中证网讯（记者 张兴旺）10月8日，工信部网站发布的《关于政协十三届全国委员会第二次会议第2282号（公交邮电类256号）提案答复的函》显示，工信部及相关部门将持续推进工业半导体材料、芯片、器件及IGBT模块产业发展，根据产业发展形势，调整完善政策实施细则，更好的支持产业发展。通过行业协会等加大产业链合作力度，深入推进产学研用协同，促进我国工业半导体材料、芯片、器件及IGBT模块产业的技术迭代和应用推广。
工信部表示，集成电路是高度国际化、市场化的产业，资源整合、国际合作是快速提升产业发展能力的重要途径。工信部与相关部门积极支持国内企业、高校、研究院所与先进发达国家加强交流合作。引进国外先进技术和研发团队，推动包括工业半导体芯片、器件等领域国际专家来华交流，支持海外高层次产业人才来华发展，提升我国在工业半导体芯片相关领域的研发能力和技术实力。
下一步，工信部和相关部门将继续加快推进开放发展。引导国内企业、研究机构等加强与先进发达国家产学研机构的战略合作，进一步鼓励我国企业引进国外专家团队，促进我国工业半导体材料、芯片、器件及IGBT模块产业研发能力和产业能力的提升。
