中证网讯（记者 杨洁）工信部8月27日发布的通信业经济数据显示，2019年1-7月，通信业收入累计实现8895亿元，同比下滑0.3%。其中，电信业务收入累计完成7787亿元，同比下降0.2%，较1-6月回落0.2个百分点。4G用户规模为12.4亿户，占移动电话用户的78.2%，占比较上年末提高3.8个百分点。1-7月，移动互联网累计流量达663亿GB，同比增速逐月回落，但仍高达101.3%。
工信部介绍，1-7月，运营商固定通信业务收入保持平稳增长。三家基础电信企业实现固定通信业务收入2458亿元，同比增长9.5%，在电信业务收入中占31.6%。但移动通信业务呈现下滑，三家基础电信企业1-7月实现移动通信业务收入5329亿元，同比下降4.1%，占电信业务收入的68.4%。
此外，运营商固定数据及互联网业务保持小幅增长态势。1-7月，三家基础电信企业完成固定数据及互联网业务收入1261亿元，同比增长2.6%，在电信业务收入中占16.2%，拉动电信业务收入增长0.4个百分点。完成移动数据及互联网业务收入3556亿元，同比下降0.2%，在电信业务收入中占45.7%。
数据显示，运营商积极发展互联网数据中心、大数据、云计算、人工智能等新兴业务，拉动固定增值及其他业务的收入较快增长，成为电信收入增长的主要拉动力。1-7月，三家基础电信企业完成固定增值业务收入为841亿元，同比增长27.5%，拉动电信业务收入增长2.33个百分点。
