新华社北京4月14日电（记者姜琳）国家电网有限公司14日在北京、天津、河北、上海等18个省（区、直辖市）开工建设126个新能源汽车充电桩项目，投资规模3.6亿元；同时宣布2020年将安排27亿元投资充电设施建设，新增充电桩7.8万个。
工业和信息化部副部长辛国斌在当天的新闻发布会上表示，这批项目将有力改善新能源汽车基础设施建设滞后问题，并将进一步带动全国充换电基础设施建设和商业模式探索，为我国新能源汽车推广创造良好的使用环境。
据他介绍，截至2019年末，我国新能源汽车充电设施已覆盖404个城市，数量达到120多万个，规模全球第一。其中，国家电网投资建设充换电站1.16万个，充电桩9.58万个，构建了“十纵十横两环”高速公路快充网络，打造了全球最大的智慧车联网平台。
“同时也要清醒地看到，与新能源车保有量相比，充电设施仍是短板。我国新能源汽车产业正处于爬坡过坎的关键时期。面对复杂严峻的国际疫情和世界经济形势，加快充电基础设施布局建设重要性更加凸显。”辛国斌说。
