据陕西日报4月3日报道，记者日前从陕西省发展改革委获悉：今年陕西省将以重大转化项目配套煤矿建设为重点，加快黄陇煤炭基地和陕北煤炭基地开发，努力提升煤矿现代化建设水平，持续优化煤炭产业结构，力争8处煤矿竣工投产。
去年陕西省煤炭优质产能加快释放。金鸡滩、杭来湾等10处新建煤矿项目竣工投产，释放煤炭先进产能5140万吨/年。大海则煤矿获国家核准，神树畔、双山等5处煤矿项目通过初步设计审查。高家堡、崔木等7处煤矿化解煤炭过剩产能方案、赵石畔煤矿承担产能置换方案以及曹家滩、小庄等7处煤矿调整产能置换方案获得国家批复。全省已核准在建的22处煤矿中，13处已基本建成。
今年陕西省将深入推进煤炭去产能工作，对长期停产停建、连年亏损、没有生存能力和发展潜力的“僵尸企业”，加快关闭退出或重组整合，为优质产能释放和新建项目腾出空间。陕西省将坚持煤炭资源绿色集约、安全高效开发，加快9处煤矿项目建设步伐，力争小庄、大梁湾等8处煤矿竣工投产。
