9月份，甘肃全省完成发电量129.37亿千瓦时，同比增长20.21%,环比8月下降13.47%。
其中，水电53.39亿千瓦时，同比增长30.79%，环比8月增长0.11%；火电51.04亿千瓦时，同比增长13.98%，环比8月下降20.86%；风电17.47亿千瓦时，同比增长18.36%，环比8月增长24.21%；光电7.48亿千瓦时，同比增长3.03%，环比8月下降13.33%。
1-9月，甘肃全省完成发电量1169.62亿千瓦时，同比增长21.19%。
其中，水电332.01亿千瓦时，同比增长23.71%；火电590.32亿千瓦时，同比增长16.55%；风电176.09亿千瓦时，同比增长29.06%；光电71.19亿千瓦时，同比增长32.37%。
截止9月底，全省装机容量5078.01万千瓦，同比增长3.13%。其中：水电装机927.35万千瓦，同比增长6.86%；火电装机2063.67万千瓦，同比增长3.21%；风电装机1282.13万千瓦，同比增长0.39%；光伏发电装机804.86万千瓦，同比增长3.26%。
9月当月，甘肃全省全社会用电量104.04亿千瓦时，同比增长12.81%，环比8月下降4.73%。
其中，第一产业用电量为0.67亿千瓦时，同比增长11.23%；第二产业用电量81.45亿千瓦时，同比增长13.91%；第三产业用电量14.21亿千瓦时，同比增长10.09%；居民生活用电量为7.7亿千瓦时，同比增长6.9%。
9月份，工业用电80.42亿千瓦时，同比增长14.55%，与8月份环比下降3.11%。
1-9月，全省全社会用电量累计为943.72亿千瓦时，同比增长12.76%。
其中，第一产业用电量5.17亿千瓦时，占全社会用电比重（口径下同）为0.55%，同比增长3.94%；第二产业用电量729.48亿千瓦时，比重为77.3%，同比增长13.26%；第三产业用电量134.46亿千瓦时，比重为14.25%，同比增长11.62%；城乡居民生活用电量74.62亿千瓦时，比重为7.91%，同比增长10.6%。
1-9月，工业用电720.17亿千瓦时，占全省用电量的76.31%，同比增长13.91%，与1-8月相比增加0.08个百分点。
此外，9月份，全省外送26.93亿千瓦时，同比增长61.25%。1-9月，全省累计外送236.25亿千瓦时，同比增长58.3%。
9月份，全省外购0.6亿千瓦时，同比下降46.52%。1-9月，全省累计外购7.51亿千瓦时，同比下降61.44%。
