新华社北京2月18日（记者胡璐）记者18日从水利部了解到，新冠肺炎疫情发生以来，水利部在抓实抓好疫情防控的同时有序安排各项生产任务，有力推动水利工程复工和在建项目建设。
水利部有关负责人说，2月以来，全国水利工程运行管理系统建立了“日报告”制度，水利部每日汇总疫情防控期间全国水库大坝安全运行、功能发挥情况。截至2月14日，全国31个省（区、市）、新疆生产建设兵团和6个流域机构、综合事业局、小浪底管理中心管理的4032处重要水利工程，工程安全运行，供水等功能正常发挥。其中，大型水库516座，中型水库3515座，防洪工程（南四湖防洪工程）1处。
各地水利部门也稳步推动复工复产。山东省水利厅对重点水利工程复工作出具体安排，要求春节期间停工的已开工项目以及近期具备开工条件的项目，于2月15日前全面复工开工；其他项目要加快前期各项手续办理，及早落实开工条件，确保2月29日前全部开工建设。
湖南省水利厅要求把涉及今年度汛的在建工程作为重中之重，加强进度管理，建立台账并实施销号管理。所有堤防建设破大堤工程必须在汛前按设计要求完成回填封堵，有度汛任务的水利工程、涉水工程和入汛较早的湘江流域堤防治理工程，必须采取有力措施，在汛前达到度汛目标，全力确保工程安全度汛。
浙江省水利厅提出实施水利审批绿色通道、延缓企业费用收缴、加快推进水利重大项目建设等9项措施，全力支持企业有序复工复产。
