中证网讯（记者 刘丽靓）为着力缓解中小微企业融资难、融资贵问题，3月26日，国家电网公司与中国建设银行正式签署合作协议，宣布将践行普惠金融理念，依托国家电网公司产业链资源，基于电力交费服务场景和电力大数据，面向中小微企业等电力客户提供普惠金融服务，携手推出“双百亿”普惠金融工程和“电e贷”产品，打造泛在电力物联网面向用户侧的标志性应用。据悉，目前“电e贷”已上线一个月，在建行宁夏、江苏、江西、福建4家分行进行了试点，向中小企业预授信达两亿多元，超过1000家小微企业受益。下一步将实现国家电网公司经营区域全覆盖，预计全年将向中小企业授信200亿元。
据了解，建设银行和国家电网公司下属国网金融科技集团此次合作推出的“电e贷”产品，是银企双方在以往合作基础上向新领域的拓展和延伸，是双方充分发挥资源优势，践行政府工作报告相关要求，落实“全面推进‘互联网+’，做强数字经济”工作部署，履行国有企业的社会担当和社会责任的具体表现。
