春节过后往往是煤炭和运输行业的传统淡季，但今年正月十五过后，国内煤炭市场接连传出“市场看好”的信号；受安全检查、恶劣气候等多方面因素影响，内蒙、陕西等地煤炭产量受到限制，铁路煤炭发运数量减少，部分煤种出现紧缺；近一周来，部分产地价涨幅已逼近百元，港口煤价也随之上涨。
