记者日前从河南省国土资源厅获悉，由该厅提出并组织制定的《有色金属矿绿色矿山建设规范》（以下简称《规范》）等7项规范以河南省地方标准形式，由河南省质量技术监督局批准发布。这标志着继自然资源部颁布全国绿色矿山建设规范后，我国第一个省级绿色矿山建设标准——河南省绿色矿山建设规范正式发布实施。
此次河南省发布的绿色矿山建设系列标准共包括：《有色金属矿绿色矿山建设规范》《煤矿绿色矿山建设规范》《建筑石料、石材矿绿色矿山建设规范》《非金属矿绿色矿山建设规范》《岩盐、天然碱矿绿色矿山建设规范》《铁矿、锰矿绿色矿山建设规范》《金矿绿色矿山建设规范》等7项规范，覆盖了河南省内主要非油气矿种。
据了解，《规范》编制历时1年多时间，由河南省国土资源厅组织河南省国土资源科学研究院、河南省矿业协会、河南省地质学会等单位制定，经河南省质量技术监督局审定后正式发布。
河南省国土资源厅党组成员、副厅长张兴辽表示，此次发布的《规范》贯穿了矿产资源开发的整个生命周期，在矿山设计、建设、采矿、选矿、闭坑全过程树立了绿色发展理念，严格规范管理，推进科技创新，实现资源节约集约、节能减排、保护环境，促进矿地和谐共荣，为加强河南省矿业领域生态文明建设，提高矿产资源开发利用效率，加快河南省矿业转型与绿色发展，构建矿地和谐、人与自然和谐发展的矿业经济新格局奠定了坚实的基础。
