常化温度对TSCR流程制备低碳低硅无取向硅钢组织和性能的影响
在实验室试制了TSCR流程的低碳低硅无取向硅钢,研究了在850~1050℃不同温度常化对冷轧量0.5mm厚钢板再经950℃×7min退火后的组织、织构和磁性能的影响。结果表明:随常化温度的升高,使热轧板晶粒尺寸增大,晶界更清晰,组织均匀性更好;由于第二相AlN和MnS析出物尺寸比较大,使冷轧退火后钢板晶粒也随常化温度升高呈单调增大趋势;γ有利织构和{111}、{112}不利织构与常化温度升高同时增强,但前者增强更多;冷轧板退火后铁损随常化温度升高呈单调下降,磁感呈单调上升趋势。 The low-carbon and low-silicon non-oriented silicon steel was prepared by thin slab casting and rolling(TSCR) in lab.The effect of normalizing at different temperatures in 850-1 050℃on microstructure, texture and magnetic properties of 0.5 mm cold-rolled sheets after annealing at 950℃for 7 min was researched. 化学气相沉积法制备6.5%Si高硅钢的研究
采用化学气相沉积(CVD)渗硅处理工艺连续制备6.5%Si高硅钢,具有优质的软磁性能,通过理论研究化学反应并且用简单的试验设备做进一步的探讨。根据试验的结果对连续制备6.5%Si高硅钢的CVD工艺构造提出全面、有效的建议,实现制备6.5%Si高硅钢系统。 CVD method for continuously manufacturing 6.5%Si Steel Sheet has excellent soft magnetic.Carried out a theoretical study of related chemical reaction and performing basic research with a simple test apparatus.Based on the results,finally proposed an overall process configuration to realize such a production-CVD method for continuously manufacturing 6.5%Si Steel Sheet.

低温高磁感取向硅钢连铸与均热过程AlN与MnS析出的热力学
针对薄板坯连铸连轧流程结合\"获得抑制剂法\"所制备的低温高磁感取向硅钢,通过热力学计算研究了AlN与MnS在连铸与均热过程中的析出规律与行为。计算结果表明,连铸过程中AlN在凝固后的高温α相中便可能析出,而MnS仅可能在凝固后的α+γ两相区内析出。钢中AlN与MnS在均热过程中均处于部分固溶与部分析出的状态。后续高温渗氮处理后初次晶粒的异常长大并不明显,表明渗氮处理前钢中固有抑制剂的数量相对充足。 The precipitation behavior of MnS and AlN in low-temperature high magnetic induction grain-oriented silicon steel produced by thin slab casting and rolling process with\"acquired inhibitor method\"during continuous casting and soaking was studied by thermodynamic calculation.The calculated results show that AlN is likely to precipitate in ferrite after solidification.However,MnS can precipitate only in the two phase region of ferrite and austenite.Meanwhile,MnS and AlN in the steel can not be comp...

CGO硅钢各阶段织构遗传继承性的EBSD分析
利用EBSD技术对CGO硅钢热轧、中间退火、脱碳退火及二次再结晶退火组织及织构进行分析,研究了CGO硅钢各阶段加工制备过程中高斯{110}<001>晶粒的形状、尺寸及分布特点,分析了高斯取向晶粒在各工序过程中的遗传继承性特点。结果表明,CGO硅钢热轧板的次表层存在Goss取向晶粒,历经一次冷轧及中间退火后Goss取向晶粒基本消失,一次再结晶之后Goss织构仍不是主要织构,主要织构为{111}<110>和{111}<112>,说明Goss取向晶粒在二次再结晶退火前数量及尺寸上并不占优势,二次再结晶过程中Goss取向晶粒异常长大形成锋锐Goss织构。{111}<110>和{111}<112>织构组分的强度在一次冷轧中不断增加,{111}<112>织构组分的强度在二次冷轧后达到最大而{111}<110>织构组分是在初次再结晶后变强。 Grain shape,size and distribution of { 110} < 001 > Goss grains in CGO steel and the hereditary characteristics of Goss orientated grains during each processing period were investigated,based on the analysis of the microstructure and texture of the CGO silicon steel during hot rolling,intermediate annealing,decarburizing annealing and secondary recrystallization annealing by means of EBSD. 无取向硅钢夹杂物分析

稀土铈含量对1.2%Si无取向电工钢组织、织构及磁性能的影响

高温卷取的热轧态原料与常化态原料生产高牌号无取向硅钢的比较
研究了采用高温卷取热轧态原料和常化态原料生产高牌号冷轧无取向电工钢组织、织构和磁性能。研究发现钢卷采用750℃高温卷取,下线后立即采用\"保温罩\"对钢卷进行保温,时间96h,然后空冷至100℃时上线生产的工艺可取代常化工艺生产高牌号冷轧无取向电工钢。冷轧上线前,热轧态原料的表层为大量的再结晶组织,这部分组织包括了热轧轧制时保留下来的动态再结晶组织,钢卷本身高温回复后产生再结晶晶粒,以及在保温罩内保温时形成的再结晶组织。高温卷取的热轧态和常化态的热轧卷作为原料时,试样织构类型相似,取向分布密度接近,再结晶后织构类型仍然相似,取向分布密度仍然接近。Goss织构对磁性能增加有促进作用。实验钢中较好的磁性能对应的织构[{100}+Goss]/{111}的比值较高,体现了织构的遗传性。 Microstructure,texture and magnetic properties of high grade cold rolled nonoriented electrical steel which made of hot rolled material with high temperature coiling and with normalization were studied.Steels coiled in high temperature(at 750 ℃),stacked with insulation cover for 96hand air cooled to 100 ℃ were using to manufacture high grade nonoriented electrical steel.The process can replace the normalization process.There are a lot of recrystallized grains in the surface layer of the coil wit...

利用电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术和场发射电子扫描显微镜(FESEM)研究了电工钢中柱状晶不同初始取向50%热压缩变形后的演变规律及其对粒子析出行为的影响。结果表明:〈100〉晶粒形变后仍为〈100〉取向,只发生绕ND∥〈100〉方向的转动,具有遗传性,粒子析出数量少。柱状晶长轴与压缩轴的偏转度增加,取向的稳定性变差,超过40°,可形成〈111〉取向,期间发生复杂的滑移系交互作用,产生较高的缺陷密度,促进粒子析出。MnS粒子主要在晶内析出,变形温度高、形变量低,粒子均无法充分析出。回复时,形变晶粒内高的储能和缺陷密度是促进粒子进一步析出的必要条件。 The evolution of initial orientations and their influence on precipitation of columnar-grained electrical steel after 50% hot compression deformation were investigated by electron backscatter diffraction technique and field emission scanning electron microscopy.The results indicate that the〈100〉orientated columnar grains remain still〈100〉after hot compression deformation,with only rotation around ND parallel to〈100〉direction,with heredity,and less precipitation.As the deviation angle between the...
