高强度无取向电工钢疲劳性能及断裂机制
测试了高强无取向电工钢的S-N曲线,并借助光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜分析了实验钢组织,疲劳断口形貌和位错结构。结果表明:室温条件下,频率为20Hz,应力比R为0.1,循环10~7周次时,实验钢的疲劳强度为360MPa,疲劳裂纹萌生于实验钢的次表面,裂纹萌生点附近有沿晶开裂现象,疲劳裂纹扩展区域有解理台阶与疲劳条纹,瞬间断裂区是韧性断裂,有大量韧窝。实验钢在循环应力作用下基体中产生了大量位错,并有驻留滑移带终止在晶界位置。 The S-N curve of a high strength non-oriented electrical steel was tested.The microstructure and fatigue fracture morphology and dislocation were analyzed by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscope.The results showed that:at room temperature and the frequency of 20 Hz and the stress ratio Rof 0.1,the fatigue strength of the experimental steel was 360 MPa when the cycle was 10~7 cycles.The fatigue crack initiation at the surface of the steel and the interg...

介绍了EB5325涂层液的主要性能和中冶新材生产冷轧无取向电工钢所用的涂层设备,通过多次试验摸索出使用EB5325涂层液的工艺,对涂层出现的缺陷进行分析研究,并提出解决方法,使中冶新材生产的冷轧无取向电工钢的涂层质量满足了用户的要求。 This article introduces the main properties of EB5325 and the coating equipments for cold-rolled non-oriented electrical steel. A process using EB5325 coating liquid is made through many time experiments and exploration. The appeared defects in the coating are studied and analyzed,and the solutions are proposed. The coating quality meets clients’ requirements of cold rolled non-oriented electrical steel.
电脉冲对取向硅钢凝固组织的影响研究
对取向硅钢熔融态钢液进行处理,对比研究了不同脉冲参数的作用效果。结果表明,电脉冲对钢锭晶粒组织具有明显的细化作用,凝固组织等轴晶比例大幅上升。在脉冲电容、频率、处理时间和电压中,影响等轴晶比例的最显著性因素为脉冲频率;最优正交实验参数为:电容1 200μF,脉冲频率1 Hz,处理时间5 s,脉冲电压800 V;随着输入能量的增大,等轴晶率先增大后减小,脉冲输入能量为某值时,等轴晶率最大,通过经典形核理论和热力学对这一现象进行了解释。 Research on the influence of the electric pulse on the solidification structure of oriented silicon steel was preformed.Electric pulses in different parameters were applied to molten steel and results were compared.The result shows that solidification structure of oriented silicon steel can be improved by the electric pulse,and the equiaxed crystal ratio increases obviously.Among the four parameter factors of electric capacity,frequency,applied time and voltage,the most effective factor is frequ...
高硅钢温轧过程压下率及中间退火对组织、织构的影响

钒钛对取向硅钢组织、织构和析出物的影响
通过在实验室条件下模拟薄板坯连铸连轧流程,并在以Cu2S为主抑制剂制造普通取向硅钢(CGO)的基础上,加入适量钒钛,研究了钒钛对取向硅钢组织与磁性能的影响。结果表明,适量钒钛使热轧板和脱碳退火板组织更好,尤其使脱碳退火板的晶粒更加细小和均匀;加入适量钒钛不但使热轧板表面高斯织构强度更高,更使脱碳退火板中有利于高斯织构发展的γ织构强度更高;适量钒钛能形成Cu2S+(V,Ti)N等复合析出物,起到辅助抑制剂作用,加强抑制能力。细小均匀的晶粒、强度更高的有利织构和更强的抑制能力使CGO钢磁性能更佳。 Effect of V and Ti on microstructure and magnetic properties of conventional grain-oriented silicon steel(CGO) were investigated under simulated thin slab continuous casting and rolling process in laboratory with Cu2 S as the dominant inhibitor. 无取向硅钢用磷酸盐涂层材料制备及其防腐性能
系统研究了无取向硅钢用磷酸盐系涂层性能的影响因素。以氢氧化铝和磷酸为原料制备磷酸二氢铝,再添加适量的添加剂酒石酸铵、二氧化硅、环氧树脂,得到的涂液涂布于硅钢表面,并控制合适的烘干温度,通过耐盐雾实验考察各因素对涂液耐腐蚀性能的影响。实验结果表明,在磷酸与氢氧化铝物质的量比为3.4∶1、酒石酸铵用量为2%、二氧化硅用量为1%、环氧树脂用量为5%、烘干温度为300℃条件下,所得涂层材料的防(耐)腐蚀效果最佳。 The factors influencing the performance of phosphate anticorrosive coating for non-oriented silicon were systematically studied.Aluminum dihydrogen phosphate was prepared with aluminum hydroxide and phosphoric acid as raw materials.Then added the right amount of additives,such as ammonium tartrate,silicon dioxide,and epoxy resin to prepare the liquid coating,which was coated on the surface of the silicon steel,and finally controlled a suitable drying temperature.The influences of various factors...
热轧辊冷却对冷轧无取向电工钢卷纵向磁性的影响及工艺优化
通过对35W300高牌号0.35 mm冷轧无取向电工钢卷(/%:0.002C、2.71Si、0.22Mn、0.015P、0.003S、0.0020N、0.55Als)头、中、尾组织、织构及对应的磁性能的试验研究,发现因热轧时12 MPa高压水连续冷却造成接触轧辊的钢卷头、中、尾在不同温度下轧制,卷取后钢卷头部处于卷心、温度略高而冷却速度略低于钢卷尾部,致使钢卷纵向组织、织构不同,成品卷头、尾各250 m内磁感逐渐增加,铁损逐渐降低,250 m外至钢卷中部磁性能稳定。通过将热轧辊的冷却方式改为周期冷却和卷取后的层流冷却改为钢卷70 m后开始冷却,至钢卷尾部70 m前停止冷却的方式使得钢卷纵向铁损差异明显减小,磁感差异略有改善。 According to the test research on structure and texture of head,meddle and end of 35W300 high grade 0.35 mm cold rolled non-oriented electrical steel strip coil(/%:0.002C,2.71Si,0.22Mn,0.015P,0.003S,0.002 0 N,0.55Als) and corresponding magnetic properties,It is found that due to 12 MPa high pressure water continuous cooling the roller in hot rolling process led to head,middle and tail of strip rolling at different temperature and after coiling the head of strip coil being in center of coil led t...
